The Temporal Zone, also known as a Time Limbo,[1] the Timestream[2] and nicknamed the River of Time by John Constantine,[3] is a space between space and time and is used for time travel [1] and occasionally multiverse travel.[4] Temporal Zone is also a location where timeline changes affect slower.

In 10,000 years ago, Mar Novu tried to travel across in time. However, the experiment failed and he contaminated the Temporal Zone which sent him to Antimatter Universe. As Mobius has access to the Multiverse, the Crisis was planned and finally executed on December 10, 2019.[4]
As of 2166, Timeships were created and the Time Masters were formed. The organization later built a base in the Vanishing Point and monitored the timeline through the Temporal Zone.[1]
In 2016, Rip Hunter formed the Legends and traveled through time with the use of the Temporal Zone.[1] After the Multiverse was rebuilt by Oliver Queen, the previous events happened in 2015 on Earth-Prime.[5] After the Legends' missions, they usually returns to the Temporal Zone where they situates the Waverider.

- It is revealed that travel directly into the Temporal Zone without any protection will expose the body to quantities of chronal radiation. As seen with Mar Novu which the radiation gave him multiversal powers.[4]
