Blue Valley is a small town in Nebraska and the home of the second iteration of the Justice Society of America.

In 1876, The Other Founding Fathers established Blue Valley.[1]
Vigilantes[edit | hide]
- Stargirl: Discovering his step-father's relation to the Justice Society of America, Courtney Whitmore later found the Cosmic Staff in one of the boxes after moving to Blue Valley. The staff chose Courtney to be Starman's successor and displayed multiple abilities to her. Courtney soon suited as Stargirl and continued the legacy of the Golden Age, while assembling the new Justice Society.
- S.T.R.I.P.E.: Pat Dugan moved to Blue Valley after having suspicions about the Injustice Society's involvement with the town. He also retired from being Stripesy, Starman's sidekick, and built a gigantic armor while defending his step-daughter from Brainwave.
- Wildcat: Yolanda Montez was Courtney Whitmore's first recruit to the new Justice Society. She was given Ted Grant's protective suit and explored the functions of the suit, eventually working with Stargirl to investigate the Injustice Society as Wildcat. However, Yolanda briefly gave up the mantle when her guilt over killing Brainwave resulted in a weakness to Eclipso.
- Hourman: Not knowing his heritage as the son of Rex Tyler, Rick accidentally activated the hourglass when being in close range to the device and Courtney. Courtney and Yolanda then recruited Rick to the team. Despite initial reluctance, Rick agreed to join the team in the name of revenging his parents, though eventually fighting for justice through sparing Solomon Grundy.
- Doctor Mid-Nite: Beth Chapel accidentally stumbled across the Doctor Mid-Nite Goggles in Courtney's room after discovering Yolanda's identity as Wildcat. Beth then continued to wear the goggles and wore the suit as Dr. Mid-Nite, providing crucial support in the war against the Injustice Society.
- Shiv: Originally an enemy of the Justice Society of America, Cindy Burman decided to reform and join forces with the team against Eclipso, eventually joining them.
- Artemis: Artemis Crock is the daughter of Sportsmaster and Tigress, who both reformed alongside their daughter and participated in the battle against Eclipso.
