“ | The multiverse needs saving, and its heroes need a ship. | ” |
The Waverider was the former timeship of the Legends of Earth-74.
History[edit | hide | hide all]
At some point, the Legends were disbanded after the death of one of their members. Later, Mick Rory lived on the Waverider and wrote novels.[1]
In 2019, Harbinger went to Earth-74 for the Waverider to act as a base for the heroes. Rory refused at first, but Harbinger used beer to convince him.[1]
Later, the Waverider was destroyed by Antimatter as well as the rest of the Multiverse.[2]
Overview[edit | hide]
Compartments[edit | hide]
- Bridge: The bridge was where the ship was piloted from the control console for the captain's chair. However, the bridge was converted into a gym by Mick Rory, with equipment filling the spaces in front of the console.
- Captain's Office: Behind the bridge, a compartment with a more classic design was decorated with ancient artifacts.
- Cargo Bay: The cargo bay was located at the end of the vessel, with boxes of equipment stacked on top of each other.
- Library: Like the captain's office, the library was designed unlike the rest of the vessel, containing books from countless time periods.
- Medical Bay: The medical bay consisted of all sorts of advanced technology and capable of placing corpses in stasis.
- Laboratory: The laboratory held a series of tools and gadgets, allowing its users to work on advanced technology.
- Galley and Dining Room: The galley was decorated with blue lights behind glass panels.
