    Borrowing Problems from the Future

    Revision as of 16:14, 28 June 2023 by NickNickleby (talk | contribs) (Text replacement - "(Earth-3: Pre-Crisis)" to "(Earth-3)")

"Borrowing Problems from the Future"[1] is the tenth and midseason premiere episode of the third season of The Flash, and the fifty-sixth episode overall. It aired on January 24, 2017.

So imagine, okay, domino... each domino is a moment in time. One moment in time leads to the next, so as one domino falls, it hits the next, it hits the next, and the next, and the next, and so on, leading to the inevitable conclusion, and that is... the future.
And what happens if we alter certain events?
Well, you... you could conceivably change where you end up, but... but, Barry, if you would... So you could change the future, but you'd have to be very careful about which events... you alter.

    Synopsis

Barry is tormented by his vision of the future where Iris is murdered by Savitar. When a criminal named Plunder shows up in Central City, Barry recalls the villain's presence in his vision of the future and fears that if he catches Plunder, it will cement Iris' fate. Confused about Barry's hesitation to stop Plunder, Wally decides to step in as Kid Flash. Caitlin offers Julian a job.[1]
