Thea Dearden Queen[11] is the half-sister of Oliver Queen and the vigilante formerly known as Speedy.

Early Life[edit | hide]
Thea Queen was born in 1995 to Malcolm Merlyn and Moira Queen. She was raised a child of Robert Queen and the sister of Oliver Queen before discovering the truth decades later.[10]
Kidnapped by Deathstroke[edit | hide]
In 2014, Queen and her mother were kidnapped by Slade Wilson, Deathstroke, and he threatened to kill both of them in front of Oliver. Oliver broke out of his cuffs and tackled Wilson on the ground, allowing Queen and her mother to escape.[10]
Oliver's Funeral[edit | hide]
After Oliver's death in the Crisis, Queen was called back to Star City to attend Oliver's funeral. During the kidnapping of William Clayton, Queen suited up and worked with Team Arrow to save him. Later, Roy Harper proposed to her, and she gladly accepted.[10]

- Dark Magic Immunity: As a side effect of the Lazarus Pit, Queen became immune to Dark Magic, as shown when Damien Darhk's abilities backfired onto himself when he wielded it against Queen.[18]
- Superhuman Strength: When Queen was resurrected from the Lazarus Pit, she was able to easily overpower Oliver before she regained her sanity.[19]

- Business Acumen: Despite not having any degrees in the business field, Queen was able to manage Verdant such that it became a successful club in Star City.[12]
- Investigation: Queen was able to determine Cupid's next victims after analysing the patterns of her previous victims.[20]
- Triilingualism: Queen is fluent in English, Spanish[3] and Arabic.[21]
- Peak Physical Condition: Under Malcolm Merlyn's training, Queen attained an exceptional physique and even on par with League of Assassins operatives.[3]
- Acrobatics: Queen was able to evade Oliver easily by leaping off the building and through parkour.[22]
- Hand-to-Hand Combat: Queen is proficient in Kenjutsu and Krav Maga, after undergoing Merlyn's training for an extensive of time.[3] With these training, Queen became capable of defending herself and taking down dangerous criminals when operating as Speedy.
- Archery: Since a young age, Queen has already been a skilled archer, having won multiple awards.[2] After becoming Speedy, Queen's archery skills also improved to more advanced levels and more capable of being utilized in various situations.[1]
- Knife-Fighting: Queen wielded a blade against Chase, albeit unsuccessful and was disarmed soon afterwards.[23]
- Marksmanship: Queen utilized a handgun against Merlyn, demonstrating her proficiency in handling firearms.[24]
- Stick-Fighting: Like her fellow teammates, Queen trained with wooden staffs when not operating in the field.[25]
- Political Acumen: Queen took on the role of Chief of Staff when her brother, Oliver, became the Mayor of Star City.[13]
- Toxicology: Under Merlyn's training, Queen became familiar with detecting cyanide in red wine.[26]

- Bloodlust: Prior to taking the Lotus elixir, Queen suffered from a bloodlust, a side effect from being resurrected from a Lazarus Pit.[19]

- Bow and Arrow: Queen possesses a pair of bow and arrow, with her formerly using her archery skills as Speedy, a vigilante in Star City.[10]
- Protective Suit: After stepping down from being Speedy, Queen returned years later in search of William Clayton. Queen donned a casual protective suit consisting of a leather jacket and operated as a vigilante once more.[10]
- Sword: Unlike her fellow vigilante teammates, Queen wielded a sword in combat, allowing her to fight in close ranges more easily.[27]
