    Felicity Smoak (Earth-1: Pre-Crisis)

Believe me, it took much more than watching Oliver do the salmon ladder to make me trust him. I’ve seen firsthand what this life can do to people. It’s a lonely path. Don’t make it any lonelier than it has to be.
    — Felicity Smoak to Barry Allen[src]

Felicity Megan Smoak[28] is the founder and CEO of Smoak Tech and a former member of Team Arrow. Smoak is also the wife of the late Oliver Queen, the Green Arrow, and the mother of Mia Queen.

    The Vigilante[edit | hide]

In 2012, Felicity Smoak was approached by "The Hood" and discovered his identity as Queen Consolidated CEO, Oliver Queen. Smoak soon began to assist the team consisting of Queen and John Diggle as the team's "tech support". However, she left the team in 2019 to focus on taking care of her infant daughter, Mia.[8]

    One Last Mission[edit | hide]

In 2020, mere weeks after Queen's death, Smoak was called back to the city when William Clayton was kidnapped by John Byrne. Smoak initially hesitated to greet her future daughter after the team rescued Clayton, but was soon encouraged by Sara Lance.[8]

Funeral of Oliver Queen[edit | hide]

Afterward, Smoak and Queen's allies grouped together in the Queen Mansion for Queen's funeral, where Diggle gave a speech. Smoak then returned to the suburbs and continued to raise Mia, eventually starting Smoak Tech.[8][29]

    Powers and Abilities[edit | hide]

    Abilities[edit | hide]

    • Genius-Level Intellect: Smoak possesses an IQ of 170.[5] Smoak also enrolled at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology and graduated early at the young age of 19.[13] This made Smoak one of the smartest computer engineers and hackers, leading her to a path of hacktivism, vigilantism and being the owner of a tech company.
      • Biochemistry/Forensics: While not a professional forensic scientist, Smoak's investigative skills are on par with Barry Allen, a crime scene investigator, even impressing the latter during their investigation on a Mirakuru-related crime.[9]
      • Business Acumen: During her time as the vice-president of Palmer Technologies, Smoak adapted to the business world and was able to successfully give a presentation on the Power Cell while taking over the role of CEO from Ray Palmer, bringing the company back to its original track after Palmer's disappearance.[30]
      • Dentistry: Smoak was briefly interested in the field of dentistry and became familiar with the structure of teeth.[31]
      • Engineering: Smoak has demonstrated her engineering skills over her time as the "tech support" of Team Arrow, providing her assistance in construction of the Bunker[32] and developing various gadgets for the team, including the ATOM Exosuit,[33] Sonic Bracelet[23] and the Green Monster.[34]
      • Hacking: After graduating from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Smoak became a hacktivist and became an expert in the field.[14] Despite this, Smoak only took a a job as computer sciences and IT support at Queen Consolidated, which she is overqualified for.[15] Smoak eventually got a role where she can utilize her skills in hacking, serving as Team Arrow's "tech-support" and provided support to the vigilantes operating in the field.[10]
      • Mathematics: Smoak was able to decipher Malcolm Merlyn's ancient box with the Fibonacci sequence, which she quickly deduced.[35]
      • Medical Knowledge: While not possessing deep understanding in the field of medication, Smoak is capable of providing first aid on gunshot wounds that her teammates often experience.[15]
    • Hand-to-Hand Combat: Having been trained by Oliver Queen and John Diggle in combat, Smoak became capable in defending herself, as shown when she took down Nazi soldiers alongside Iris West-Allen.[36]
    • Marksmanship: Smoak became proficient in handling sidearm pistols after going into hiding with William Clayton.[37]
