A loft was the residence of Thea Queen until she travelled across the world to destroy Lazarus Pits.

After Thea returned from Corto Maltese in 2014, she used Malcolm Merlyn's money to purchase the loft and lived with Oliver Queen until he moved out.[1]
When Malcolm got severely injured during his imprisonment in Nanda Parbat, Oliver brought him to the loft to heal, which was disagreed by Thea.[2]
Later, Thea was attacked by Ra's al Ghul and was unable to defend herself. Ra's fatally injured her and Oliver was forced to bring her to the Lazarus Pit in Nanda Parbat. In exchange for brining his sister back from the brink of death, Oliver agreed to become the successor of Ra's.[3]
