Roy William Harper Jr.[9] is a former criminal turned vigilante, known as Arsenal, and the fiancée of Thea Queen.

Early Life[edit | hide]
Meeting Thea Queen[edit | hide]
In 2013, Roy Harper stole Thea Queen's purse. Later, Harper and Queen began a relationship and worked together as members of Team Arrow against Mirakuru soldiers and the Thanatos Guild. They eventually broke up when Harper left abruptly shortly after his resurrection.[15]
Oliver's Funeral[edit | hide]
Returning to Star City for Oliver Queen's funeral, Harper was hesitant on talking to Queen and soon got the courage to tell her that he was sorry for leaving suddenly. Later, the two searched for William Clayton and stopped when Harper proposed to Queen. Queen was shocked but gladly accepted afterward.[15]

- Mirakuru Enhancement: After being injected with Mirakuru, Harper gained a superhuman physiology that grants him various abilities.[16] Following the defeat of Deathstroke's army, Harper took the Mirakuru cure and reverted to normal, albeit with some side effects.[17][7]
- Accelerated Healing Factor: Harper was able to heal near instantly after being cut with glass shards.[16]
- Superhuman Durability: Harper's skin was enhanced to a level where he can resist solid concrete and steel without any major injuries.[16][1]
- Superhuman Reflexes: When a platform nearly fell on Moira Queen, Harper was able to react quickly and stop it in its trajectory.[16]
- Superhuman Speed: While not on par with speedsters, Harper's speed was still able to allow him to keep up with moving vehicles on foot.[18]
- Superhuman Stamina: Harper did not show any signs of exhaustion after travelling across the entire city on foot.[18]
- Superhuman Strength: With Mirakuru in his system, Harper's strength was greatly increased, making him capable of denting steel and cause damage in solid concrete with his bare hands.[1]

- Marksmanship: Living in the Glades, Harper has had various exposure to the use of firearms, making him a familiar individual with such weapons.[19]
- Peak Physical Condition: Harper was shown to be in peak performance of human physical condition, with him being capable of a variety of athletic actions.[9]
Weaknesses[edit | hide]
- Bloodlust: After being resurrected with the Lazarus Pit, Harper developed a bloodlust, which forced him to leave Thea Queen.[7]

- Arsenal Suit: Harper wears a red protective suit while operating as Arsenal.[17]
- Bionic Arm: Harper lost his right arm in an incident, and it was replaced with a bionic arm.[15]
- Bow and Arrow: Harper possesses a pair of bow and arrow, with him formerly using his archery skills as Arsenal, a vigilante in Star City.[17]
