    "Complications"[1] is the eleventh episode of the third season of Superman & Lois, and the forty-first episode overall. It aired on June 6, 2023.

    Clark helps Lois prepare for a procedure, but must leave the boys with her to help John Henry and General Lane track down the Mannheims. Meanwhile, John Henry and Nat butt heads over her desire to help Matteo and Bruno's plans go awry as Peia's condition worsens.[1]
