Cecile Horton, Public Attorney is a law firm established by Cecile Horton after quitting her role as the District Attorney of Central City.

After Cecile Horton resigned from the job as District Attorney of Central City, she founded her law firm for Metahumans.[2]
In 2021, Horton served as Frost's attorney during her trial for crimes prior to becoming a vigilante.[2]
