    Chief David Singh is a close friend of Joe West and the current chief of police of the Central City Police Department.

    Kidnapped[edit | hide]

    At some point prior to March 2020, David Singh was kidnapped by Eva McCulloch to the Mirrorverse and was replaced by a Reflection.[8]

    Rescued[edit | hide]

    After being found out trapped in the Mirrorverse, Iris West-Allen and Kamilla Hwang, who were trapped in the same dimension, chose to find and rescue Singh with his last known location in Central City Hospital.[9]

    After McCulloch's realization of what she had done, she released all people that were trapped in the Mirrorverse.[10]

    • Investigation: Singh has years of experience working to solve crimes as a police officer.[6]
    • Leadership: As a former captain of a police precinct and eventually the chief of police, Singh has proven himself to be able to lead a large group of individuals and coordinate large scale of operations.[10]
    • Marksmanship: Singh was issued a standard firearm as a police officer.[3]

    • As mentioned in Running to Stand Still, David Singh has been working in the CCPD with Joe West prior to 2005.
      • Additionally, the two busted a drug-related case and celebrated in a steak house where Joe West sensed something is wrong with his daughter, causing him to leave early to the hospital.
    • In the Post-Crisis timeline, Singh was promoted as chief of police prior to 2014.[11]
