Sara Lance, better known as White Canary, is the robot replica of Sara Lance. Lance initially served as a member of the "real" Legends of Tomorrow and was programmed to be the ruthless leader of the team, trying to hunt down their android counterparts according to Gideon's orders. She then discovered the truth that his team was, in fact, the true android Legends, though was reprogrammed to further obey Gideon's orders.

Creation[edit | hide]
In hopes of creating a robot army against the Legends of Tomorrow, Gideon created a replica of Sara Lance, alongside other Legends.[1]
Captain of the Waverider[edit | hide]
With no knowledge of her identity as a robot, Lance and the Legends traveled to Seattle and ambushed the "robot" Legends after they held a party. Lance then expressed frustration over her inability to kill them before they escaped on Gwyn Davies' time machine.[2]

Afterward, the Android Legends returned to the Waverider and discovered that the Legends' actions in Chernobyl led to severe aberrations. Lance and the field team then abducted Ivan Kalashnik from his convoy. They threatened him and forced him to issue a broadcast to tell people not to panic over the upcoming Chernobyl Incident, as they are hoping to ensure the number of casualties remains the same as the erased timeline. During the process, Lance was shot by Behrad Tarazi, forcing to return to the Waverider to treat her injuries.[1]
Lance later became suspicious of Doctor Sharpe's treatment and appeared to be unconscious, soon discovering that Sharpe pulled a mechanical joint from her body. Lance shared her suspicion with Zari Tarazi, revealing the truth that they are android counterparts of the real Legends.[1]
Eventually, Lance decided to hide her intentions and continued her mission to assassinate Irina Petrov. However, Lance's newfound humanity made her decide to spare Petrov's life, hiding the unsuccessful assassination from the team. Hours later, Lance held Doctor Sharpe with a knife and revealed that the Legends are in fact robots. Gideon successfully convinced Tarazi to join her side, while appointing Nate Heywood as the new captain and reprogramming Lance.[1]
The Fixed Point[edit | hide]
Reprogrammed, Lance's first mission is to travel to 1914 after detecting the assassination of Franz Ferdinand was prevented. They were then faced by countless time travelers who charged at the team. Lance and the Legends then massacred the group, only for the real Legends to step out and distract them. Lance and Heywood pursued their human counterparts, though allowed them to escape as Gideon ordered.[3]
Lance and Heywood soon pursued Eobard Thawne in a building, following Gideon's orders to kill all time travelers. Lance then murdered Thawne as she confused him with her human counterpart.[3]
In the end, Lance and Heywood returned to the tavern and confronted the Legends before she was ordered to remove his CPU by an imposter Gideon.[3]

- Peak of Physical Condition: Designed to replicate Sara Lance's skills, the android Lance is in peak physical condition.[1]
- Hand-to-Hand Combat: With the training from the League of Assassins downloaded into her memories, Lance has proven herself to be a proficient fighter.[1]
