Incendiary Device Case[edit | hide]
In 1990, the FBI obtained information on an incendiary device used in the Vietnam War. This information was then obtained by Julio Mendez, who used it to identify Noble John Spanier as an arsonist.[2]
Museum Thefts[edit | hide]
Later that year, agents Anderson and Mitch Lestrange were assigned to protect the Death Mask of Rasputin whilst on display at the Central City Museum. This operation was successful, resulting in a group of thieves being stopped and the display period being extended for an extra month.[3]
Day of the Dead Festival[edit | hide]
In November 1990, FBI agents were once again sent to Central City, this time to discover the location of Paloma Aguilar after she was kidnapped by crime lord Reuben Calderon to prevent her father from testifying against him at his upcoming trial.[4]
