Celia Wayne was the PR of the Central City Museum. She was secretly the lover of Stan Kovacs.

Early Life[edit | hide]
During her youth, she studied archaeology and had Ted Preminger as a teacher and Barry Allen as a classmate. At some point after Barry left archaeology to study police science, she became Ted new favorite student. At some point before 1990, her archaeology skills gave her the opportunity to become a museum PR. She worked on multiple museum over the years but each one of them ended up closing definitely. At some point, she met and fell in love with Stan Kovacs.[2]
The Museum Theft[edit | hide]
In 1990, she was brought back to Central City in order to organize the showing of the Death Mask of Rasputin at the Central City Museum. She and Stan Kovacs then planned the theft of the mask, and she made sure that he would be aware of the security measures. Due to the fact that the crew of robbers got identified by the FBI, she and her former teacher Ted had to go to the precinct in order to make a security briefing.
After the briefing, she met her former classmate Barry who was now a CSI for the police. A day later, the mask was brought to the museum, and she arranged the transportation. Later, she discussed with Barry her career choices with him and the fact that in the end, Barry still ended up in a lab. When Bellows and Murphy arrived to watch over the security, she then left to go back to the hotel. She took a shower and after Stan presumably killed the Flash, she had sex with him.
The next day, she learned that Barry found out that Stan Kovacs is involved, he warned Mitch Lestrange about it and Lestrange ordered Celia to move the mask in six hours despite her objection. Celia warned Stan about it, and he decided to change the plan. Stan disguised himself as a police officer and with Celia, they managed to knock out all guards. After stealing the mask, Lestrange showed up and tried to arrest them. He also figured out that Celia was involved and when Celia was about to shoot him, Lestrange fired at her and Stan took him out with a tranquilizer dart. When the Flash showed up and fought Stan, Celia took the mask and tried to escape but ended up face to face with Ted. Ted attempted to stop her, but before Celia could kill him, Barry showed up from out of nowhere, and cuffed her to a pole. She was then arrested.[2]
