Early Life[edit | hide]
“ | Yeah, it's true, I was an addict. Then I hit rock bottom, and that was a wake-up call. So, I got clean, I went to school. I could have worked in a hospital, but this is where I belong. Helping people, just like me, turn their lives around. | ” |

In 2015, Rivera became addicted to drugs and went into rehabilitation. After restoring her life and returning to school, she realized that she would not become a doctor and became a field supervisor for Keystone Cares to help people.[3] Despite her resistance against her addiction, her parents no longer talks to her, and she was alone for most of her life, until she had a new "family".[7]
Earthquakes[edit | hide]
During the invasion of Central City by Mirror Monarch, the Strength Force was created alongside 2 other forces. Rivera was then chosen by the Strength Force as its "avatar", taking over her life and giving her powers.[4]
In 2021, Fuerza attacked The Flash and Abra Kadabra. The latter then attacked Fuerza with an Antimatter Bomb, which was quickly absorbed by Fuerza, and she was able to survive the Antimatter. Fuerza then charged at Kadabra and sent him flying, killing him on impact on the ground. The Flash then threw a lightning bolt at her, and she absorbed the energy, converting it into her own energy and leaped forward to him. She then grabbed him and held him in her arms until he was unconscious, allowing her to leap away to escape.[8]
Approached by The Flash[edit | hide]
10 days later, Team Flash detected isotopic signatures in Keystone Cares. Allen and Nora then quickly arrived on scene and entered a tent under Iris' guidance. Rivera then greeted them and introduced herself. However, she was frightened by Allen as he wore a CCPD windbreaker. She told them that she already overcame her drug addiction and asked them not to arrest her. Allen calmed her and responded that they are crime scene investigators, meaning they do not arrest. Allen politely asked her to go with them to S.T.A.R. Labs and she refused, only to be interrupted by Nora, who demanded her to go as she treats her as an enemy. Allen then brought Nora out and told her to calm down as she frightened her as well.[3]
Hours later, Allen returned as The Flash and asked once more for Rivera to go with him. Despite her original refusal, she quickly changed her mind as she thought The Flash is a person she could trust. Allen then brought her back to the facility and activated the Arc Radiators on her, confirming that she was Fuerza. After she realized what she has become, she stood up from the machine and was blasted by Nora. As Nora approaches Iris and attempted to murder her, Allen counteracted the attack with her lightning bolt. Not knowing it was part of Nora's intention, Allen was defeated and Rivera was burned and killed by lightning bolts.[3]
Resurrection[edit | hide]
When Timeless Wells and Allen went back to the moment the Forces of Nature were born, they erased them out of existence and Rivera's body started fading. This was reversed moments later when Allen changed his mind. During the process, Rivera sat up and stared at Caitlin for a moment before collapsing once more. As Allen and Iris reconciled, the facility shook and urged them to go to Rivera. Caitlin informed them of the "medically impossible" and they deduced it was because they were in sync that reconnected Rivera with the Strength Force. They placed their hand on Rivera's foot, generating blue lightning bolts on her body and reconnected her with the Strength Force once more, resurrecting her.[4]
