Vlad the Impaler was an Encore who was resurrected by Lachesis.

Encore[edit | hide]
At some point, Vlad died and was sent to Hell for his actions. During Loomworld, a wax figure of him was placed in History Museum by Lachesis to show humanity what happened when free will was allowed.
Lachesis later used Vlad's soul coin to animate the wax figure after being corned by the Legends. He fought the Legends alongside the rest of the Encores until being killed using a hellfire weapon.[1]

Powers[edit | hide]
- Encore Physiology: After being resurrected, Vlad gained mystical protection due to being an Encore.[1]
- Immortality: Vlad could only be killed with hellfire weapons rather than through traditional means.[1]
Weaknesses[edit | hide]
- Hellfire Weapons: Vlad could only be killed using hellfire weapons, which are capable of disintegrating the souls of Encores.[1]
