Roy G. Bivolo, also known as Rainbow Raider, is an enemy of The Flash.

Fighting The Flash[edit | hide]
At some point, Roy G. Bivolo fought against The Flash as Rainbow Raider. He was then arrested and in custody of the Central City Police Department, only to "disappear" and never to be seen.[3] Bivolo was also kept in the S.T.A.R. Labs pipeline for nine months, where he was locked up and soon became vengeful against Team Flash for his imprisonment.[6]

- Pathokinesis: Bivolo is able to amplify the anger in his victims using red light, causing them to lash out and hurt those beside them.[1] Bivolo can also induce fear in his enemies.[6]
