Project: New America is a plan concocted by the Injustice Society, to rebuild America.[1] It involves The American Dream in some way, and of Dr. Ito building some kind a machine to help them.[2] It involved stealing blueprints for a satellite and breaking into Empire Enterprises. The plan requires that Brainwave be awake and able to use his telepathic abilities.[3]

Jordan then vowed to continue Project: New America.[1]
On December 24, 2010, the golden age Justice Society of America died saving the world.[4] This can be assumed that the were killed foiling Project: New America.
In 2020, Courtney founded a new modern age J.S.A. to get justice for the original J.S.A., and foil whatever the I.S.A. has planned. Unknowingly at the time, to foil Project: New America.[1][2][5]
