Mark Mardon is a bank robber active in Central City and the brother of Clyde Mardon, collectively known as the Mardon Brothers. After the Particle Accelerator Explosion, Mardon gained the ability to manipulate weather, becoming the Metahuman criminal known as the Weather Wizard.
Biography
Early Life
During his childhood, he took care of his younger brother, Clyde Mardon and they grew together to be partners in crime.[1]
Becoming a Metahuman
On December 11, 2013, Mark and Clyde Mardon went to robbed a bank and the crime scene was investigated by Barry Allen. After the investigation, Allen located Mark and Clyde are hiding in a farmhouse. Detective West and Detective Chyre later went to investigate and found those two. However, his brother shot Chyre and escaped on a plane with himself. At the same moment, the S.T.A.R. Labs Particle Accelerator exploded, damaging the plane and turning the Mardon brothers into Metahumans.[3]

Powers and Abilities
- Atmokinesis: As Mardon was exposed to the Particle Accelerator explosion's dark matter, Mark gained the power to create and manipulate different weather elements.[1]
- Aerokinesis: Mardon can create air currents and control the movement of gas.[1]
- Flight: By creating a tiny tornado, Mardon is capable of flying in the air.[1]
- Cryokinesis:
- Electrokinesis: Mardon can create a thunderstorm easily as well as firing it as a lightning bolt.[1]
- Hydrokinesis: Mardon is able to create a tsunami while controlling the waves of the ocean.[1]
- Thermokinesis:
- Aerokinesis: Mardon can create air currents and control the movement of gas.[1]
