    Joseph Carver was the CEO of McCulloch Technologies and the leader of the criminal organization Black Hole.

    At some point, Joseph Carver became the CEO of McCulloch Technologies alongside his wife, Eva McCulloch that he would latter abandon in the Mirrorverse the day the particle accelerator explode.[3][1]

    In 2020 when Central City Citizen reporter Iris West-Allen was working on a story that involve a "criminal organization" that works inside of McCulloch Tech, Carver met Iris her source which was Gene Huskk an ex-employee unstable that believed in a larger conspiracy.
