Iris West was a computer graphic artist and the ex-girlfriend of Barry Allen.
Biography
In 1990, Iris went to dinner at the Allen house with her boyfriend Barry Allen but due to work issues, he left the house. After an accident where Allen was struck by lightning, she came to visit him to the hospital but when she brought Allen to lunch, she noticed that he wasn't listening with frustrate her. Later, after Allen misted to help her at the art gallery, she called him, and she hanged up when he stated that he ran "30 miles". Later, she went to his apartment and told him that she wanted to break up. After Allen came back one night, she was in his apartment waiting for him and met Dr. Tina McGee who Allen assured her that they weren't dating. She would spend the night with Allen and leave in the morning. After that Nicholas Pike was arrested, she went to diner at the Allen house with Julio Mendez to celebrate his arrest.[2]
At some point after Pike's arrest, West moved to Paris in order to success in her carrier and broke up a final time with Barry.[3]
