However, the team arrived after the battle concluded, with Peacemaker carrying the unconscious body of Emilia Harcourt away while emphasizing the rumor of him having sex with fish. Powers and Abilities[edit | hide]

    Powers[edit | hide]

      • Amphibious Adaptation/Aquatic Respiration: Unlike most Atlanteans, Curry carries the royal blood and can survive both above and underwater for an extended period of time.[2][1]
      • Hydrokinesis: Inheriting the blood of Atlan, Curry possesses the ability to control and manipulate water. Although he does not have the experience of using Atlantean Magic, he is able to propel himself in the water at an exceptional speed. With the Trident of Atlan, Curry's abilities were boosted such that he could manipulate powerful tide waves.[2][1]
      • Marine Telepathy: Often considered to be able to "talk to fish",[1] Curry can telepathically communicate with marine animals since a young age. This ability was not shown in other Atlanteans and was never seen since Atlan, the first king of Atlantis. Like his ability to manipulate water, with the Trident of Atlan, Curry's abilities were boosted such that he could communicate with many creatures of the sea, including the monstrous race of the Trench, with ease.[2]
      • Regenerative Healing Factor: Curry can heal from severe injuries within hours and even minutes, allowing him to return to his peak performance mid-combat.[1]
      • Superhuman Agility: In order to move quickly underwater, Atlanteans are agile and able to maneuver over obstacles. With training from Nuidis Vulko, Curry mastered this ability and later used it in his combats.[2][1]
      • Superhuman Durability: Curry's skin is extremely durable to sharp blades, bullets and advanced energy blasts.[1]
      • Superhuman Speed: Albeit not as fast as extraterrestrial individuals like Superman or speedsters like The Flash, Curry can move quicker than average humans before they could react, as shown when he easily pinned the highly trained Batman to the wall before the latter could react.[1]
        • Superhuman Reflexes: Curry was able to catch a weapon flying towards and catch them before they could harm his body.[2]
      • Superhuman Stamina: Curry can fight for hours against powerful opponents without any signs of exhaust. Additionally, he could swim underwater across a great distance without the need of resting.[1]
      • Superhuman Strength: Curry was shown to be able to exert great strength from his bare hands, capable of lifting heavy objects and denting durable metals with ease.[1]
      • Superhuman Vision: In order to see in the dark underwater environment, Curry has superhuman vision that makes the full environment of Atlantis look colorful and bright in his eyes.[2][3]

    Abilities[edit | hide]

    • Hand-to-Hand Combat: Curry was trained by Nuidis Vulko since a young age, learning different forms of combat and mastering his abilities.[2]
      • Trident Fighting: Trained by Vulko, Curry became proficient in fighting with his original five-pronged trident and later with the Trident of Atlan.[2]
      • Swordsmanship: Curry was trained in the form of sword-fighting by Vulko, though he rarely utilizes this ability as he became reliant on his fists and tridents.[2]
    • Swimming: Like many Atlanteans, Curry is familiar and mastered in swimming, allowing him to travel across great distances without the need of transportation.[1]
    • Multilingualism: Curry is fluent in English, Icelandic, Russian, Maori, Spanish, Italian and Japanese.[2][5]
