Richie Rock's Diner is a restaurant in Blue Valley.

In 2018, Pat Dugan and Barbara Whitmore went to Blue Valley on different business and both ordered banana split. Later, the waitress claimed there is only one left which they agreed to share it. After they met, they became a couple and got married.[1]
In 2020, the Whitmore-Dugan family moved to Blue Valley and had lunch there. After Courtney left school, she looks into the restaurant and saw a father eating with her kid which made her feel jealous as her father left her when she was 5.[2]
On Christine Mahkent's birthday, her husband and son celebrated. The waitress, not knowing Christine died, asked if they want a cake. After they told her, she felt sorry and left them to themselves. Cameron blew out the candle and an icy breath was emitted.[3]
A few months later, Courtney's father visited her and had breakfast before school.[4]
