I built this armor just like I built my own speed, which means I don't require the aid of any pathetic Negative Forces.

The Red Death Armor is an advanced protective suit created and used by Ryan Wilder to operate with superhuman speed.

    History[edit | hide | hide all]

    Rogue War[edit | hide]

Mining data from The Flash Suit, Ryan Wilder, the Red Death, was able to create an Artificial Speed Force for herself and made an armor to contain the power. With superhuman speed, Wilder became capable of capturing a criminal before they could even commit the crime, essentially eliminating crime from Gotham City. This led to a conflict between the Red Death and The Flash, and the former being stranded in a different timeline.[1]

    Lightning Rod[edit | hide]

    Wilder remotely pilots the armor

Wilder continued to wear the armor in the different timeline, terrorizing Central City. However, Wilder briefly removed the armor and remotely piloted it while she attempted to convince Iris West-Allen to join her side to calm The Flash of her timeline. West-Allen refused to do so, and held Wilder at gun point. Wilder then summoned the armor from her lair, suiting up as the Red Death and bringing West-Allen to the lair.[1]

    Overview[edit | hide]

    Functions[edit | hide]

    • Artificial Speed Force Connection: The Red Death Armor is connected to an Artificial Speed Force that bestows Wilder her superhuman speed.[1]
      • Electrokinesis: When moving at superhuman speed, the armor produces a trail of red lightning.[1]
        • Speed Force Aura: The armor is protected by an aura of invisible energy, protecting it from burning due to extreme friction and from gravitational forces.[1]
      • Superhuman Speed: The armor is able to move at speeds so fast that it can defy gravity by moving up walls.[1]
    • Identity Concealment: The armor's metallic helmet hides Wilder's face from her opponents, concealing her identity.[2]
    The armor breaks into pieces
    • Remote Control: Even when at a great distance from the armor, Wilder remains connected to it such that she could haunt The Flash and talk to Iris West-Allen simultaneously. Wilder can also summon the armor to break into different pieces and enter the armor.[1]
