The Pod Aliens are a group of liberated aliens frozen in cryogenic chambers on Kayla's ship.

At some point, Kayla and Gary Green were hired by Bishop to kidnap aliens across the timeline.[1]
Kidnapping of Sara Lance[edit | hide]
In 2020 (Legends Time), Kayla and Gary Green kidnapped Sara Lance from London. Gary later sabotaged Sara's pod and allowed her escape, wreaking havoc on Kayla's ship. While ejecting Kayla to the Temporal Zone, the remaining aliens were able to escape. Eventually, the Legends witnessed their liberation, and they were scattered across the timeline.[2]
