Philky is a member of Khalil Payne's team in Akashic Valley.

Leaving the ASA[edit | hide]

At some point, Philky was a member of the ASA before its disbandment. He then became an alcoholic in Gotham City with no one wanting to do anything with him. Khalil Payne then recruited him to his team in order to separate his mind from Painkiller's.[1]
Teaching T.C.[edit | hide]
Throughout the year, Philky taught T.C. on computer knowledge, allowing him to have a better understanding on his abilities of technopathy.[2]
Surprise Visit[edit | hide]
In 2021, Anissa Pierce and Grace Choi visited Akashic Valley during their honeymoon, not knowing their former enemy, Painkiller was in the same location. Painkiller assaulted them and Khalil was able to hold him down. Philky was later questioned by Khalil as to why Painkiller could take control.[1]
Later, Philky assisted Khalil on tracking the person responsible for the chaos at the bar, with Philky sending a location to Khalil. With them knowing that an unnamed person is exploiting people's minds in order to earn encrypted currency, they visited Wo and gathered information on the leader of the group.[1]
Afterwards, Philky and Donald went to assist Khalil's attack on 0.1 Technology in order to rescue Grace. As Grace escaped, Khalil remained behind and argued with Painkiller as Philky took several firearms with Donald and stormed the building. Eventually, their mission completed and realized Maya Odell's hidden agenda.[1]
