Operation Svarog was a Soviet Union project spearheaded by Vandal Savage and Valentina Vostok in hopes of creating a Soviet Firestorm.

History

Operation

In 1986, eleven years after Vandal Savage's confrontation with the Legends of Tomorrow, he began planning with Soviet forces to recreate Firestorm. The operation was later discovered by the Legends, with Martin Stein extracting the Firestorm Matrix core and later causing Valentina Vostok to die in a contained nuclear explosion.
