Las Flautas was a Mexican restaurant founded by Felix Tomarquin in Central City.[1]

Creation[edit | hide]
At some point, the restaurant was founded by Felix Tomarquin after obtaining the U.S. citizenship on November 2, 1989, thanks to the police.[1]
Day of the Dead Festival[edit | hide]
At some point before the day of the dead festival, Paloma Aguilar was sent to the Tomarquin family in order for her father to properly testify against Reuben Calderon without being harmed.[1]
At the beginning of the Day of the Dead Festival, Barry Allen went to eat at the restaurant and took part of the owners' celebration of their first year of officially being a U.S. Citizen. After the end of the Day of the Dead Festival and the arrest of Reuben Calderon, the Tomarquin family celebrated the arrest with Barry, Tina McGee, and thanked "the Flash" for saving them.[1]
