The Freeland Police Department (Freeland PD) is the principal law enforcement agency of the city of Freeland, Georgia.

History

War for Freeland

In 2020, the Freeland Police Department joined Freeland Resistance and fought during the Markovian invasion, where they briefly worked alongside The 100 to defend the city.

One Year Later

A year after the battle, the Freeland Police Department reverted to their normal operations and recovered after Chief Bill Henderson's death. Due to Ana Lopez's hatred against Metahumans, the Freeland Police Department founded a Meta Task Force to apprehend superpowered-individuals, both vigilantes and criminals alike. However, Lopez's reckless actions eventually caused chaos and destruction after she injected herself with the Meta Booster and gained powers, only to be arrested by her subordinates.
