Eli was a known car thief in Gotham City.

Power to the People[edit | hide]
In 2021, Eli was arrested by the GCPD for grand theft auto. He later met Sophie Moore, Luke Fox and Ryan Wilder, who were all wrongfully arrested as they were African-Americans. Later, they were informed of a "Zombie" attack in the city and Eli deemed to safer in the cell.[2]
Hours later, Eli was found stealing a car and Luke attempted to stop him. However, Russell Tavaroff shot Luke as he thought he was holding a firearm.[2] Eli soon escaped and was apprehended by Batwoman afterwards.[1]
