Dragon King had a group of brainwashed minions that helps him during the operations in Blue Valley.

In 2020, Dragon King sent his minions to take his daughter after she failed in defeating Stargirl. Later, he punished her and commanded the minions to lock her up.[2]
During the Justice Society of America's attack on their headquarters, Dragon King commanded the minions to fight them alongside himself.[3]
