Biography[edit | hide | hide all]
Kidnapping of Sara Lance[edit | hide]
In 1977, David Bowie attended a concert by The Smell and recorded the performance. He was then interrupted by Sara Lance, who told him that she planned to propose to her girlfriend later that night. Some point after Sara and the Legends left, Bowie was able to film Sara's kidnapping by a spacecraft. After the kidnapping, Bowie went to an "after-after" party and met Nate Heywood alongside Behrad Tarazi. Bowie and Nate then returned to the club and stayed after night, with Nate consulting Bowie about his own relationships.[2]
“ | She had an air of doom. I ain't tripping on mushrooms. The girl disappeared from this place. She was a blonde-haired punk. In a blue light funk. I'll always remember her face. Space girl. | ” |
— "Space Girl"[src]

On the next day, Bowie was approached by the rest of the Legends and performed "Space Girl" for them. As Ava listened to the lyrics, she realized that the "Space Girl" was in fact Sara and Bowie was the last person who saw her. He then gave the videotape of the kidnapping to the Legends.[2]
