Bartholomew Henry "Barry" Allen is the Flashpoint counterpart of Barry Allen, being the son of Henry Allen and the late Nora Allen. After meeting his prime timeline counterpart, Allen was struck by lightning and gained a connection to the Speed Force, becoming the speedster hero known as The Flash.

- Speed Force Connection: Allen was struck by lightning and gained connection to the Speed Force.[1]
- Accelerated Healing Factor: Allen was able to recover from the injuries from the lightning strike in a short period of time.[1]
- Electrokinesis: When Allen ran, a series of blue lightning bolts followed him and flickered on his body.[1]
- Speed Force Aura: Allen was protected by an aura of invisible energy, protecting them from burning due to extreme friction and from gravitational forces.[1]
- Superhuman Agility: Allen was able to balance off unstable constructs while running at superhuman speed, allowing him to easily maneuver obstacles.[1]
- Superhuman Durability: Allen withstood a punch from a Kryptonian without any visible injuries.[1]
- Superhuman Momentum: Allen was able to generate and withstand extreme kinetic energy.[1]
- Superhuman Speed: With the connection to the Speed Force, Allen was able to run at superhuman speed and able to run faster than the speed of light.[1]
- Accelerated Perception: Allen was able to perceive actions and words that appeared for a brief moment in time.[1]
- Bodily Vibration: Allen was able to vibrate at superhuman speed.[1]
- Intangibility: Also known as "phasing", Allen was shown to vibrate his molecules to pass through solid objects.[1]
- Superhuman Reflexes: Allen could respond to attacks quickly, including a speeding Kryptonian and a flying pan thrown by Batman.[1]
- Time Travel: By running faster than the speed of light, Allen could reverse time and ultimately travel through time.[1]
- Superhuman Senses: Allen had enhanced senses and able to hear sounds even after exceeding the speed of sound, which no sounds could be heard normally.[1]
- Superhuman Stamina: Despite running for a long distance, Allen was able to not get out of breath. However, he required a high amount of food in order to compensate for the tremendous number of calories being burnt.[1]
- Superhuman Strength: By running at superhuman speed, Allen was capable of moving heavy objects and causing extreme damage to his surroundings when he moved without caution.[1]
- Superhuman Speed: With the connection to the Speed Force, Allen was able to run at superhuman speed and able to run faster than the speed of light.[1]

- Hand-to-Hand Combat: Allen was able to fight several Kryptonians and hold them off from Supergirl.[1]

- The Flash Suit: Allen wore his prime counterpart's red protective suit while operating as The Flash.[1]
- Flash Ring: The Flash Ring was created by Alfred Pennyworth to create a quicker and simpler suit up process.[1]
- Batsuit: Wayne initially offered to give one of his old Batsuit to prime timeline Allen during his attempt to be struck by lightning. However, he refused the offer as he needed to be in direct contact with the lightning bolt for his experiment to work. The old Batsuit was then given to Allen's Flashpoint counterpart, who painted the suit with a red and yellow color scheme and removed the ears of the cowl, giving himself a flexible and durable protective suit.[1]
