Victor Fries is the husband of Nora Fries, a scientist and the criminal known as Mr. Freeze.
Biography
At some point, Victor Fries became a scientist and married Nora Fries who later got sick which resulted in Victor trying to freeze her in a cryogenic tank until he found a cure.[1][2]
He was later mentioned by the Cluemaster in a trivia game alongside Captain Cold and the Penguin.[1]
