CC Jitters Reopening
In January 2020, Brooks reappeared robbing CC Jitters after its reopening. Natalie claimed they did not have any money at the moment since they have just reopened the restaurant. Brooks later started blasting furniture and eating utensils. The Flash later arrived and wrapped him in a banner, placing him under CCPD custody.[2]
