Dr. Shiro Ito is a former war criminal who developed chemical weapons for the Japanese military during the 1930s. He later became a member of the Injustice Society of America under the alias, Dragon King.
Biography
Early Life
Shiro Ito was born in 1901 in Japan. He became a scientist and a member of the Japanese Military who was active in the 1940s and 50s. During that time, he created a number of weapons such as Bacilli bombs that spread plagues throughout China in 1932 and 1933. He was eventually captured and was believed to have been executed on March 13, 1947.[3]
He somehow survived his execution and had a daughter called Cindy Burman with a woman named Suzanne who later died while Cindy was young through unknown circumstances. He then began to experiment on his daughter giving her superhuman abilities such as regeneration and implanted wrist blades. Some time afterwards he got remarried to an unnamed woman, but that relationship ended, and he later married Bobbie Burman.[4] He also at some point became a member of the Injustice Society of America.[5]
Blue Valley
In 2020, Dr. Ito returned to Blue Valley and talked to Jordan Mahkent about Project: New America. He also requested that he be given William Zarick's body to which Icicle accepted.[5]
