Red Death is a speedster villain in the Reverse Flashpoint who fought against Batwoman, Batwing and Team Flash.
Biography
Reverse Flashpoint
In the Reverse Flashpoint, the "lady in red" attempted to kill Batwoman, Batwing and Team Flash. Batwing then designed a Velocity 0 gun, which presumably neutralized the speedster's powers and led to her defeat.[2]
