Quincy P. Runk is a glamour replication of the real Quincy P. Runk who was sent by Deathstorm to haunt Chester P. Runk.

Phantom[edit | hide]
In 2022, Deathstorm sent a replication of Quincy P. Runk based on his son's consciousness. During the process, the replica Runk then attempted to lure his son to feel his grief for his deceased father. However, with the help of Team Flash, Chester was able to fight against his father and defeated Deathstorm.[1]
Black and White[edit | hide]
Runk soon returned under the control of Deathstorm, trapping both Chester P. Runk and Allegra Garcia in the former's workshop while increasing the temperature of the room. Later, Deathstorm was defeated by Frost and the phantoms disappeared.[2]
