Neural Navigation Interface is a temporal navigation device created by Bishop in order to accurately execute a time jump.

When Bishop and the Legends of Tomorrow unintentionally landed in Seattle 1943, the former realized the problem with the time machine was the inability to compute the nearly infinite simultaneous variables required to make an accurate jump. Later, using a Speak & Spell in the Phantom House, Bishop created the Neural Navigation Interface that can utilize Gideon's ability to do what the machine could not, allowing the Legends to travel accurately to any point in time.[1]
