Sheriff Levi Stapleton was a criminal who terrorized the Oklahoma Territory and later became the sheriff of Fist City.

Early Life[edit | hide]
At some point, Levi Stapleton began terrorizing the Oklahoma Territory and became the sheriff of Fist City after the emergence of a creature. He then made himself the sheriff after controlling the creature with a whistle, soon setting a series of rules to keep the town at bay.[1]
Sheriff of Fist City[edit | hide]
Eventually in 1891, Stapleton greeted a group of outsiders and was challenged to duel their leader, Sara Lance, in exchange of the whistle. However, he was unable to kill her as the latter possessed the ability of regeneration. This enraged and frightened Stapleton, which led to the reemergence of the creature. In the end, Stapleton was swallowed by the creature and his whistle was left on the ground.[1]
