Lair 2.0 was the former base of Team Arrow.

History

At some point, Oliver set this place as a backup base in case the Foundry is ever compromised.

After the Foundry was raided by Quentin Lance, the team lost a base of operations and was offered another one by Ray Palmer. Later, they moved into the lair and worked there until it was compromised again by Jeremy Tell. A few days later, they moved to the Lair 3.0.

During Brie Larvan's attack for the bio-stimulant chip, Felicity and Thea brought Donna and the board members to the elevator into the base which they called the panic room.
