A fleshless entity, later given the name of JJ Stewart, was a being that Jennifer Pierce encountered in the Ionosphere. The entity soon masqueraded herself as Pierce and operated as Lightning in her place until her death in the hands of Pierce herself.

Powers

• Wavelength Manipulation: By altering her "body", Stewart was able to will herself closer to Pierce's wavelength, eventually replicating her DNA and replacing her.

• Electrokinesis: With Pierce's power inherited from her father, Stewart's replication of Pierce's DNA was able to give herself the exact same powers.
  • Electricity Absorption: Stewart is capable of absorbing electrical energy from devices into her body, charging herself. By absorbing energy in the Ionosphere, Stewart can also heal her body. However, overloading can lead to her body being unstable, eventually exploding.
  • Electrical Blasts: Stewart was shown to be able to shoot orange electricity bolts out of her hands.
  • Electrical Constructs: Stewart can form shapes using her electricity-based powers, such as a force-field.
  • Flight: Stewart is able to fly in the sky and even enter the Ionosphere.
  • Accelerated Healing Factor: By absorbing energy from the Ionosphere, Stewart can heal her visible wounds.

Abilities

• Peak of Human Physical Condition: Despite copying the exact DNA of Jennifer, Stewart has a different appearance and height. However, they both are in physical condition.
• Hand-to-Hand Combat: With Jennifer's memories, Stewart was able to retain Jennifer's skills learned from being a vigilante.
