In 2012, Carmen Golden attended a welcome home party for Oliver Queen, which was hosted by Tommy Merlyn, and personally greeted Queen. She and two other women then started dancing on a table provocatively in front of them, which prompted Merlyn to recommend Golden to Queen as a candidate to have sex with.^[2]
