Barbara Kean is the ex-fiancée of Jim Gordon and later one of the most powerful criminals in Gotham City, serving as a former member of the Falcone Crime Family, Cobblepot Crime Family and the League of Shadows.

• Bioluminescence: Succeeding the original Ra's al Ghul, Kean acquired the ability to emit light from her hands to summon the League of Shadows.
• Precognition: Kean saw a future where she was killed alongside Tabitha Galavan in the hands of Ra's al Ghul.

Abilities

• Tactics: Kean was shown to be able to create effective plans which allowed herself to rise and become the "Queen of Gotham".
• Hand-to-Hand Combat: Upon being resurrected, Kean trained alongside the League of Shadows and became a skillful combatant.
• Marksmanship: Kean was able to shoot individuals accurately from a great distance.
