U.S. Military Research Facility #27 is a former research facility located in Central City. After the United States Department of Defense abandoned the facility, Wade Eiling's faction took over it and used it to experiment on Metahumans.

FIRESTORM[edit | hide]
In 2015, Bates detected a nuclear explosion that separated Martin Stein and Ronnie Raymond in the Badlands. Wade Eiling then sent a squad to retrieve them in order to turn Firestorm into a weapon.[1]
On that night, Eiling sent his army to CC Jitters to retrieve Ronnie. Ronnie was later being sped away by The Flash and the latter was injured when Eiling used the Kinetic Needles to disable him. Caitlin Snow then drove the S.T.A.R. Labs mobile research unit and brought them both away. Despite their successful rescue of Ronnie, Stein was not protected and was then kidnapped by the remaining army forces.[2]

Soon, "Wells" as Reverse-Flash sped to the facility and took Eiling with him to Grodd's hideout. Wells claimed that he will stand up for his kind, the Metas and left Eiling with Grodd.[2]
