Tinya Wazzo is a Metahuman with the ability to walk through solid objects. Wazzo is one of the first Metahumans to not have gained abilities after being exposed to Dark Matter, but rather to have unlocked her own latent genes through extreme emotions. She soon used her abilities to search for Renee Wazzo, with the citizens of Coast City branding her as the Coast City Phantom, though was later given the alter ego Phantom Girl by Cisco Ramon.

• Intangibility: Unlocking her latent meta genes, Wazzo gained the power to phase through solid objects. This ability also allows her to damage electronic devices by tampering with the inner wiring and designs.
• Teleportation: Wazzo was able to phase Iris West-Allen such that she disappeared into thin air.
