Rick is a criminal that betrayed the Dark Riders.

In 1990, Rick tried to convince Lila that they could both left the city and escape Pike with all the money he stole. Despite believing that Lila was in love with him, she revealed his betrayal to Pike and thus leaving him to be killed by a bio bomb on a bike.[1]
