- Connection to Sebastian Sanger: Both being children of Trigon, Roth and Sanger share a connection where they both suffer from same injuries inflicted on each other, making them unable to kill each other without killing themselves.[3]
- Human-Demon Hybrid Physiology: Roth was born to a Human and a Demon, granting her mystic powers at birth.
- Illusion Conjuration: Roth is able to cast illusions into people's minds, which are unable to identify if it is unreal.
- Soul-Self: Roth's demonic portion of her soul can be extended out of her body as a floating transparent entity. When transformed, Roth's face turns pale with dark veins spreading from her eyes. In that form, Roth seems more durable and capable of accessing other powers.
- Superhuman Strength: Roth was shown to have tremendous strength, capable of breaking multiple bones in Rose Wilson.
- Telekinesis: Roth is capable of moving things with her mind easily.
- Disintegration: At her peak, Roth was able to disintegrate multiple items using telekinesis.
- Levitation: Roth can levitate herself easily using telekinesis.
- Telepathy: Roth is capable of reading people's minds.
- Astral Projection: Roth has the ability to telepathically create a realistic projection of herself that cannot be detected by other mystical beings.[4]
- Empathy: Roth was shown to be able to feel others' feelings, except for Kory Anders.
- Healing: Roth is able to heal others using an ability stemmed from her empathy.
- Nightmare Induction: Roth has the ability to create a nightmare in her victims.[5]
- Umbrakinesis/Photokinesis: Roth is able to create a dark sludge, which exits her body through her hands and her back. The "sludge" can be used to fight her enemies when in control. After she regained her abilities, she no longer manipulates the darkness, but rather the light.[6]
- Animatopathy: Roth is able to bring a Gargoyle to life.
- Inter-Dimensional Travel: Roth was shown to be able to open a portal to Trigon's dimension.[7]
- Spirit Releasing: Roth, after regaining her powers, was able to release Jinx's spirit from the earthly plane.[8]
- Telepathic Linking: By connecting two or more bodies together with the darkness, Roth can link the minds of the individuals together.

- Hand-to-Hand Combat: Roth was trained as a member of the Titans with hand-to-hand combats. She was later trained by Amazons, most notably Myrrha, with blindfolds.[9]
