Trigon was a demonic conqueror from the realms of Azarath, being the embodiment of evil itself. He is also the father of Brother Blood and Raven.

- Demon Physiology/Magic: Born as a powerful demon, Trigon possesses a series of dangerous abilities that allowed him to easily conquer realms and planes prior to his arrival on Earth.[2]
- Flyrokinesis: Trigon has the ability to create powerful forces without any form of contact, and even able to render objects invisible.[2]
- Healing: Trigon is able to heal mortals from wounds and even fatal injuries within seconds.[3]
- Illusion Generation: Trigon has the ability to disguise himself in a glamour such that he appears human, and able to create a realistic illusion in his opponents' minds.[2][3]
- Immortality: While he can extend his lifespan across millennia, Trigon remain vulnerable to mystical attacks, including the power he bestowed upon his daughter.[4]
- Inter-Dimensional Travel: Even at a young age, Trigon was able to travel across and beyond the multiverse, conquering millions of planes.[2]
- Life-Force Absorption: While waking around plants, Trigon could suck the life out of them and make them rotten within seconds.[4]
- Power-Dampening: Roth's demonic abilities were unavailable when she was standing next to Trigon. However, she was able to access them once he removed her heart and forged it into a diamond.[4][3]
- Superhuman Strength: With little to no effort, Trigon was capable of opening his daughter's chest and extract her heart to form a crystal on her forehead.[4]
- Telepathy: By tapping into the memories and feelings of his enemies, Trigon can create a false reality in their minds and force them to succumb to their darkness, making them pawns under his control.[3]
- Transmutation: Trigon was capable of transmutations Roth's heart into a red crystal on her forehead.[4]
