Power-Dampening Cuffs, also known as Meta-Cuffs,[1] are a series of handcuffs with power-dampening technology.
History
At some point, power-dampening cuffs were made to disable metahumans' powers after the first Particle Accelerator Explosion in 2013 and Barry Allen becoming The Flash.
Overview
Functions
- Power-Dampening: The cuffs dampen the powers of metahumans and some cyborgs.
Weaknesses
- Forces of Nature: The cuffs do not work on Metahumans who are connected to the universal forces, with Psych easily disabling the cuffs.[2]
